Abstract

Il saggio prende in esame il nuovo stile cognitivo dei giovani, che, in simbiosi con le tecnologie digitali, apprendono in maniera multitasking attraverso tentativi ed errori, condividendo conoscenze e resistendo ad approcci sistemici. Tali caratteristiche si presentano in forme talmente marcate e naturali, da far pensare a un nuovo orizzonte antropologico, evidente nelle difficoltà di comunicazione tra giovani e insegnanti, oggigiorno vera urgenza della scuola. Per le sue potenzialità multicodice, “Il filo di Arianna”, laboratorio coordinato dall’autore e rivolto a ragazzi della scuola secondaria di primo grado con disturbi specifici dell’apprendimento, viene proposto in questo saggio come pratica didattica da estendere a tutti i preadolescenti che, in quanto nativi digitali, si possono considerare ‘dislessici generazionali’.The essay takes into account the new cognitive style of young people, who, in symbiosis with digital technologies, learn in a multitasking way through attempts and mistakes, sharing knowledge and resisting systemic approaches. These characteristics occur in such marked and natural forms to make us think of a new anthropological horizon, which is evident in the communication difficulties between youngsters and teachers, the real emergency of today’s school. For its multicode potentialities, “Ariadne’s thread”, a workshop coordinated by the writer and meant for the secondary school students with dyslexia, is proposed in this essay as a didactic practice to extend to all preadolescents who, as digital natives, can be considered ‘generational word blind’
