    Jesus and “Sidon” In Matthew 15/Mark 7.Gerard Mussies - 1997 - Bijdragen 58 (3):264-278.
Summary The role of ?Sidon? in the Pericope of the Canaanite Woman is far from clear. If the name is read as (Beth-) Saida(n), which is quite possible, the geography of the story becomes much more plausible. This instance has not been dealt with in M. Black's Aramaic Approach.
