Body image dissatisfaction, caused by a discrepancy between cultural-based ideal body and individual actual body, is experienced by most of adolesencet girls. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of bibliotherapy on adolescence girls with body image dissatisfaction. Subjects were 15 senior high school girls, aged 14-17 years, with BMI thin to normal, with average to high body image dissatisfaction. By using pretest-posttest control group design, the subjects were assigned into three groups i.e. interactive and reading bibliotherapy (...) as experimental groups and the waiting-list control group. One-way analysis of variance is employed to measure the differences of body dissatisfaction among the three groups. The result showed that there were no significant differences of body dissatisfaction in the pretest – posttest and posttest – follow-up, between the three groups. It means that neither interactive nor reading bibliotherapy was effective in reducing the adolescence girls’ body image dissatisfaction. (shrink)

Constitutional Court Decision Number 23/PUU-XVI/2018 has become the most waited decision by the society as the user of technology in driving, more specifically the use of Global Positioning System. There are at least 2 main issues which are debated in the submission of the application of the constitutional testing of Article 106 paragraph and Article 283 of Law 22/2009. First, the use of GPS is needed by the society so that it has become a part of the fulfillment of economical (...) right. Second, the effort of protection of public order is being maintained by the former of Law 22/2009. A normative judicial method was used based on the legal principles, the ongoing regulations, and the consideration of the court on the legal issues being discussed. The court in the consideration gave a philosophical historical analysis on the existence of both rules of law as the base to understand the important meaning of the ban on the activity that causes distractions in driving on the street. Strangely, the court did not directly state that the use of GPS was definitely included in the second scope of both rules of law. The use of GPS needs to be case studied as an action that distracts concentration. Although the court finally stated that the application was denied, the decision gave a balanced understanding on the need of GPS as the navigation system while driving and the protection of the road users. The prostitution modus operandi is placed on the ease, speed and novelty of information to facilitate the information transaction. Internet access which spreads widely and individually has attracted perpetrator to commit obscene transaction. The access speed provided by internet enables perpetrators in real time to negotiate their potential service users and persons who will be offered to provide obscene services. It doesn’t mention to the information novelty which can be changed, deleted and even made confidential has became incentive for perpetrator (...) to commit the act. The online prostitution or cyber prostitution basically has same form with prostitution as stipulated in Article 296 of Penal Code, the difference is only found in the use of information technology and the scope of act. But still, the focus mainly on victim remains absent from online prostitution. (shrink)

Revenge porn, characterized as indecent behavior, is a new phenomenon in Indonesia. The author argues that it would be wrong to perceive this particular act simply as the crime of distributing pornographic material. Moreover, a formal-juridical understanding fails to provide protection and deliver justice to the victim of this particular act. As an alternative and to provide substantial justice, the author suggests to view revenge porn from a criminological outlook and social-cultural-structural approach.

Playing music activity in group was one kind of support therapies for autistic children. This activity could give occasion for autistic children to learn social interaction basic skills, included eye-contact ability, facial expression, greeting response, playing and working together with others. The purpose revealed how the role of playing music activity in group toward the improvement of their social interaction. Subjects were 6 - I2 aged boys, diagnosed by psychiatrists as autistic with characteristic: they had ability enough of verbal and (...) motoric and obedient enough, they could be trained and could follow instruction, they avoided face to face with others, they wouldn't be angry if someone approach him. Method of sampling was incidental purposive sampling. Method of data collecting was observation and interview. The analysis data technique included statistical analysis with Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, quantitative descriptive, and qualitative analysis. The result of statistical analysis show that the role of playing music activity in group toward the improvement of their social interaction is not quite significant. But the quantitative descriptive and qualitative analysis results show that there are improvement score of social interaction in each children. This condition show that actually the role of playing music activity in group toward the improvement of their social interaction couldn't be ignored. (shrink)

The philosophical approach provides a perfect understanding of the cyberpornography through a complete, critical, systematic and comprehensive perspective in order to obtain an essentials understanding of the cyberpornography either textual or contextual. Philosophical understanding of the pornography should not be done partially or separately, it must be in a whole understanding about the natureof oneself, responsibility towards (...) the universe and devotion to God as a civilized man. Morality norm is frequently comprehended as social norm which places less emphasis on legal certainty. This assumption is not complete indeed. Philosophical understanding on prohibition of crime act in morality sphere always upholds humanity value which contains justice and civility. Study result indicated that legislators have been trapped in positive law paradigm in formulating internet pornography crime. Fulfillment of crime act element in Article 4 of Pornography Law becomes so important to reproach a crime act by setting aside prevailed social (...) norm in society. As a result, law implementation run mechanistically without bearing Pancasila values in mind where they should be contained in consideration of judge verdict. This condition can be solved by law comprehension synergy in such ways of not making positive law provision as mere basis but also morality value which derived from Indonesian individual appreciation. Regulation of interception or wiretapping activity is always pro- and contra in legislation process or into its application. The human rights-violation and law supremacy issues are often exclaimed as an un-cultivated Indonesians to interception/wiretapping activity. Based on the essential implication, interception/wiretapping activity basically has two main ideas which are considered as subtracting the human rights anyway. The implication is very attracting because it is strongly related with person’s privacy and it has to face wider business of the public. This interception/wiretapping (...) might not be applied carelessly of course, but on another hand, it has to see the particular limits. Finally, the interception/ wiretapping regulation ought to be noticed, so that there will be no unpleasant ‘boomerang’ effect for human rights protection. (shrink)

The elucidation of Art. 4 Act No. 44, 2008 implicitly protects a person’s right to possess pornographic materials for his own use. This article argues that this reading opens up a number of moral problems. For one thing what is the limit of legal and illegal porn, a question which cannot be separated from our understanding of what is considered indecent behaviour. In addition, the porn industry, the source of pornographic materials, is considered immoral or against religious precepts in itself. (...)
