Abstract

New natural law school is the most important contemporary Western, the most influential ideas of Catholic ethics. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the theoretical background of the school, as well as from the formation, maturation, and then to continue to develop the three periods, on this basis, a brief analysis of the new natural law theory and its ethical significance of the main points. This paper discusses the theoretic background of the New Natural Law Theory-one of the most important and influential Catholic ethical trends, and examines its historical development. Based on this foundation, the author analyzes briefly its main views and its ethical significance
