Empresa Humanista En la Era de la Complejidad

Abstract

El cambio en la sociedad digital y compleja requiere de la elaboración de un marco filosófico empresarial adaptado al nuevo paradigma del siglo XXI. La empresa es una institución moderna de enorme influencia y poder y se revela como un agente de cambio, creador de realidades, impulsor de innovación y catalizador de la transformación y el desarrollo personal. Las nuevas culturas empresariales han de poner el foco de atención en la persona, como fuente de avance y progreso, siendo el Humanismo la corriente que adquiere sentido y protagonismo para potenciar el papel del hombre y de la mujer en un contexto veloz, complejo, incierto, cambiante y turbulento.
