Abstract

This is an article on the effectiveness of the code of business ethics literature. In recent years, the effectiveness of the code of ethics research in business ethics has become an important issue, in a lot of discussion, this paper focuses on the process of formulating corporate codes of ethics may be factors that affect its validity. Issues include: why should develop corporate codes of ethics? In addition to the code of ethics, the ethical choices there are other factors that affect it? the kind of behavior is ethical requirements of the Code of conduct? who formulated code of ethics? Who standardized code of ethics? how the expression code of ethics?
