In this article, the etymological aspect of thinking and intellect is discussed philosophically. The author dwells on the issue by comparing the etymological aspects of the problem of thinking in science and philosophy. He thinks that the phenomenon of thinking is expressed in the influence of social consciousness and social relations. It also connects the phenomenon of thinking with the appropriate tools and methods in its etymological analysis.

The article deals with the application of the norms of Islamic law on obligations and contracts, particularly, principles of close to the moral values of our people, and calls on the parties to contracts to be honest and conscientious in their obligations, timely and proper execution, tolerance and generosity, at the same time some types of contacts in Islamic law such as muzaraba, musharaka and murabah are discussed in detail.

The article is of a review nature, it highlights modern data on the pathogenesis, classification and treatment of vitiligo. Existing methods of treatment, on average, have moderate efficiency. The main ones can be considered ultraviolet therapy, laser therapy, use of topical corticosteroids and calcineurin inhibitors.

This article analyzes the importance of substantiation and its specific aspects in the termination of criminal cases based on the norms of criminal and criminal-procedural legislation at the stage of implementation of judicial reforms. The clinical signs of the 74 patients suffered from gastroesophageal reflux disease are profoundly researched in this article. On the basis of the carried researches it is possible to conclude, that character of bile acid reflux leaves a certain mark on features of display of clinical signs of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Such clinical signs as a pain behind a breast, bitterness in a mouth have appeared more characteristic for alkaline, and others as a heartburn, a pain in shoulder-blade areas and (...) an eructation, on the contrary, for sour indicators of bile acid reflux. The results showed that in the control group, this protein was expressed at a low level only in the basal layer of the epithelium lining the bladder. The article deals with age-related changes in the weight, size, thickness and fluffiness of the skins, as well as the features of the hair cover of the yak skins of Northern Tajikistan.

The severe acute respiratory syndrome was a highly infectious pneumoni that emerged in Uzbekistan due to Covid-19 pandemic. The main musculoskeletal complication of SARS were osteonecrosis and reduced bone mass, and these arose not from the disease per se but as a sequel to treatment of SARS with high-dose steroids. SARS patient were almost universally (...) steroid naive with no other known predisposition to osteonecrosis. Prevalence of osteonecrosis in SARS patients treated with steroids ranged from 5% to 58%. Osteonecrosis most commonly affected the proximal femur and femoral condyles and was most strongly related to cumulative steroid dose and duration of steroid therapy. Most osteonecrotic lesions tended to improve with a reduction in lesion volume over a follow-up period of 5 years. The relative reduction in osteonecrotic lesion volume was greatest for smaller lesions. (shrink)

In this article, the applicant, without claiming to be exhaustive, at the same time, for the first time in research practice, attempted to search for scientific methods regarding the transformation of the traditional culture of the Karakalpak people. The author, using mainly the scientific work and views of the famous scientist Arutyunov S.A., analyzes diachronic and synchronous information links within the traditional culture of the Karakalpak society. When writing the article, the main method was the method of historicism, which allows to reveal the dynamics of the transformation of the traditional culture of the Karakalpak society, and special emphasis was placed on the analysis of scientific literature and observations of field materials during an ethnographic expedition in Karakalpakstan.
